Monroe Capital LLC today announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the recapitalization of Health Network One (“HNO”) by private equity sponsor, H.I.G. Capital, LLC.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, HNO partners with health plans to optimize care across a number of specialties, including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy; Dermatology; Vision and Ophthalmology; Podiatry; Gastroenterology; and Urology.
