Mr. Friedman is a Managing Director, Head of Structured Solutions of Monroe Capital.  His responsibilities include structuring and negotiating rated private funds for insurance investors, negotiating CLO and warehouse documentation, managing a team of CLO compliance and operations professionals, managing various investor reporting functions, and portfolio management. Mr. Friedman has over 15 years of experience in CLO structuring, operations, and compliance.  Prior to joining Monroe in 2010, Mr. Friedman was an Operations Analyst at Pangaea Asset Management, LLC where he provided analytical support for the investor reporting function and was responsible for all aspects of Pangaea’s loan trades. Mr. Friedman also held positions at CapitalSource Finance as a Securitization Compliance Analyst, as well as LaSalle Bank as a Senior Associate Account Manager.  Mr. Friedman earned his B.S. in Business-Legal Studies from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
