Ms. Worth is the Head of Investor Relations of Monroe Capital.  She is responsible for all aspects of Monroe’s investor relations function. She will oversee and lead investor requests and reporting efforts, and serve as the primary point of contact for current limited partners across the institutional and wealth management channels. Ms. Worth has over 15 years of experience in client services, investor relations and marketing working with institutional and high net worth investors across alternative asset classes. Prior to Monroe, Ms. Worth was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management where she helped launch and fundraise for Brookfield’s flagship Private Equity funds as well as their Growth Equity offerings.  Prior to Brookfield, Ms. Worth held investor relations and marketing positions at Panning Capital, The Carlyle Group and Millennium Management. Ms. Worth earned her M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business and her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
