Senior Management, Portfolio Management and Underwriting

Mr. Williams is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Tradable Credit for Capital Markets transactions. He is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts that analyze and underwrite both primary and secondary market loan opportunities, as well as portfolio management for vehicles that have tradable loan strategies. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Monroe in 2010, he was a Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting, where he performed due diligence to support private equity transactions and led strategic projects for middle market and Fortune 500 clients across a broad base of industries.  Mr. Williams was also an Investment Banking Associate with Lehman Brothers, and held positions with NYSE Euronext and JPMorgan Chase, where he worked closely with investors and traders in the equity and fixed income markets.  Mr. Williams earned his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
