Monroe Capital Provides $14.3 Million Credit Facility to Venture Technologies

Monroe Capital LLC today announced the funding of a $14.3 million credit facility to support the merger of Venture Technologies with Information Systems Consulting Inc., along with the concurrent acquisition of Strategic Allied Technologies.

Based in Ridgeland, Mississippi, Venture Technologies is an IT solutions provider that delivers infrastructure solutions, collaboration solutions, and cloud based services to both private and public sector organizations.
